I love scrapbooking artist Ali Edwards, and I loved this great post on her blog so much that I wanted to do the same thing on mine.
What is inspiring me right now:
Green -- green plants in my house, green flourishing everywhere outside, green blankets and sheets on my bed. I am into green!
Community -- I am very inspired by communities both online and offline, and am getting out into them and participating more.
Fantasy -- I just finished Elizabeth Bear's Blood and Iron and I am very inspired to write and live more fantasy.
Creating -- along with writing, I have been sewing, building models, cooking, and scrapbooking. I am into making things right now.

Rae - what a great blog and an excellent thought process to go through on a regular basis!
What is inspiring me right now:
Bib Overalls - They're funky and out-of-date but I love them. I ruined my old pair on a messy project and it set off a series of manifesting of overalls in my life. That has in turn inspired me to put together a presentation for kids in classrooms using music and storytelling to teach popular history. Inspirations beget inspirations.
The Beauty of Practice - I play banjo and have found that some chords are easy for others yet devilishly hard for me. I fumble around and look on in detached horror while my fingers act as if they have minds of their own. The beauty of it is that we can do ANYTHING if we practice. I have done that chord now perhaps hundreds of times and it is getting pretty easy. And, practice is like a meditation that frees my mind.
Following My Intuition - When I get an inkling to follow up an opportunity, call someone, etc. etc., I am acting on it and actively quelling negative thinking. And most often it creates amazing synchronicity.
